Min Lang, MD, MSc is the Director of Innovation and Research at the Mass General Brigham Medical Extended Reality Lab, where he advances the application of immersive technologies in clinical care, medical education, and diagnostic imaging. He is a founding member and the Vice President of Operations of the American Medical Extended Reality Association (AMXRA) and serves as an Associate Editor for the Journal of Medical Extended Reality, the first peer-reviewed journal dedicated to the field. His published work spans MXR applications in medical education, the establishment of hospital-based XR labs, and frameworks for integrating extended reality into clinical workflows. Dr. Lang is also a neuroradiologist at Brigham and Women’s Hospital, Assistant Professor at Harvard Medical School, and Venture Partner at One Six 8 Ventures.
