Tsitsi is a leader of multi-disciplinary creative teams that envision experiences and ship inspiring products. At Roblox, Tsitsi leads the design & research teams, re-imagining and shaping the future of immersive co-experience across entertainment, education, and productivity. She has incubated and launched industry shaping products including HoloLens, Xbox, Microsoft Surface Headphones & Earbuds and Windows 11. Her work connects humans with pioneering technologies & delightful experiences.
Her teams and products explore the intersection of hardware & software experiences, XR, spatial computing, and augmented realities. Ambient computing, AI, ML, natural language and metaverse experiences are at the heart of the products Tsitsi has led from concept through launch.
Tsitsi finds constant inspiration at the intersection of art & science. She trained as an architect at Harvard & MIT and as an executive design leader at Yale. She enjoys all things architecture, interior design, fashion, technology and nature inspired. Tsitsi lives in Seattle with her husband and two daughters who stretch her imagination and make her a better human every day.
